Our Galette des Rois are made from delicate puff pastry and filled with almond cream. Served during the month of January to celebrate the Epiphany and the Three Kings.
Hidden inside each galette is one fève or figurine. Two crowns are provided with each galette.
The entire galette is divided so that one guest or family member gets the fève. They are crowned King or Queen and choose one other person to receive the second crown.
WARNING: The galette contains a small inedible figurine that presents a serious hazard to not bite or swallow. Eat with caution. We take no responsibility for anyone biting or ingesting a figurine.
Galettes are best served warm. We recommend heating for 25 minutes in an oven warmed to 325F for 6-8 minutes.
