Q1: Can I place a same-day order, and what’s the cutoff time?
Yes, same-day orders can be placed during business hours, as long as they’re able to be prepared and picked up before closing. 

Q2: Which items are available for same-day pickup or delivery?
Most items, including cakes, pastries, croissants, and danishes, are available. Larger cakes and special orders require advance notice.

Advance Orders for Events

Q3: How far in advance do I need to place an order for a large cake or multiple pastries?
Orders must be placed by 2 PM two days in advance. However, Tuesday orders need to be in by Saturday at 2pm. Holiday orders require longer notice and will be specified on the website.

Q4: Do you offer customization options for cakes?
Yes, you can add a free inscription on a chocolate plaque to any cake ordered in advance for same-day pickups please enquire in store. For full custom cakes, please call us directly.

Dietary Information

Q5: Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free options?
All products are made in facilities handling major allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is completely allergen-free.

Q6: Can I order specific items based on dietary needs?
Currently, we do not accommodate specific dietary requests.

Q8: Are items baked fresh daily, and do you offer seasonal pastries?
Yes, everything is baked fresh daily. We also offer seasonal specialties, including Pumpkin Cheesecake in fall and Buche de Noel during winter.

Delivery & Pickup Logistics

Q9: Do you deliver outside Georgetown, and what’s the delivery area?
For advance orders, delivery is available throughout Baltimore and DC by zip code. Same-day delivery areas vary by our delivery partners.

Q10: Where do I pick up orders, and is there parking?
Pick up at our main counter. Metered street parking is available at both locations.
