We are a small, professional bakery team dedicated to quality, craftsmanship, and hospitality. Our shops are neighborhood destinations for croissants, cakes, and classic French pâtisserie.

We are always looking for friendly, reliable people who enjoy working with customers and being part of a professional bakery environment.

Hospitality Lead – Full Time

Baltimore Location

Pâtisserie Poupon has been helping customers celebrate life's special moments for 40 years through French pastry, cakes, and hospitality.

We are seeking a Hospitality Lead to help create memorable customer experiences, maintain a beautiful store environment, and support the daily operation of our Baltimore bakery.

Schedule

  • Tuesday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
  • Wednesday: 7:30am – 1:30pm
  • Thursday: 7:30am – 1:30pm
  • Friday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 7:30am – 5:30pm

Approximately 42 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers
  • Guide customers through our pastry and cake selection
  • Take cake orders in person and by phone
  • Maintain pastry displays and store presentation
  • Open and close the store on scheduled days
  • Support team members and daily bakery operations
  • Help create a warm, professional, and memorable customer experience

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable and organized
  • Hospitality, retail, café, bakery, or restaurant experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus

Pastry Counter Associate – Part Time

Baltimore location

Tuesday and Friday
12:00pm – 5:30pm

Assist customers with pastry selections, package orders, maintain the pastry counter, and support daily bakery operations.
