Heating & Baking Instructions
Reheating Thanksgiving Sides
- Remove lid and cover with foil.
- Place on a baking tray.
- Reheat at 350°F for 20-35 minutes until piping hot.
- Remove foil for the last 10 minutes if you want to crisp the top.
Warm Mushroom Galette or Large Quiche
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place item on a parchment- or silicone-lined tray.
- Warm for 10–15 minutes until just heated through.
Bake-at-Home Treats
Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place cookies evenly on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- For thicker cookies: Bake directly from frozen.
- For thinner cookies: Allow dough to reach room temperature before baking.
Croissants & Danish
- Let items rise at room temperature until doubled in size (overnight or several hours).
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Egg wash before baking for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Optional: Glaze Pain aux Raisins with apricot jam after cooling for 10 minutes.
Chaussons aux Pommes (Apple Turnovers)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place turnovers flat side up on a lined baking tray.
- Score 3–5 diagonal lines with a knife.
- Bake for 20–30 minutes until golden brown.
Optional: Glaze with apricot jam after cooling for 10 minutes.
