We are no longer accepting pre-orders for Thanksgiving week. However, you can still visit us in-store for same-day purchases (while supplies last) on Tuesday, November 25, and Wednesday, November 26. Available items include:

Heating & Baking Instructions

Reheating Thanksgiving Sides

  1. Remove lid and cover with foil.
  2. Place on a baking tray.
  3. Reheat at 350°F for 20-35 minutes until piping hot.
  4. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes if you want to crisp the top.

Warm Mushroom Galette or Large Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place item on a parchment- or silicone-lined tray.
  3. Warm for 10–15 minutes until just heated through.

Bake-at-Home Treats

Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place cookies evenly on a lined baking tray.
  3. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Cool on a wire rack.
  • For thicker cookies: Bake directly from frozen.
  • For thinner cookies: Allow dough to reach room temperature before baking.

Croissants & Danish

  1. Let items rise at room temperature until doubled in size (overnight or several hours).
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Egg wash before baking for a golden finish.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

Optional: Glaze Pain aux Raisins with apricot jam after cooling for 10 minutes.

Chaussons aux Pommes (Apple Turnovers)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place turnovers flat side up on a lined baking tray.
  3. Score 3–5 diagonal lines with a knife.
  4. Bake for 20–30 minutes until golden brown.

Optional: Glaze with apricot jam after cooling for 10 minutes.
